International development

 We are developing MIRBIS international potential for its students

 to become national and global leaders – creative, professional, responsible, intelligent.

Since the first days of the Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS foundation, internationalization has been the key feature of its work and at the same time – one of its most attractive characteristics. It is because of ample international opportunities for students that MIRBIS has become widely known in Russia and abroad and has been included into national and international ratings.

Designing, implementation and coordination of international projects is a major aim of the Department of International Development. Our main objective is to promote MIRBIS integration into the world educational area, thus facilitating students upbringing as global leaders of the future and their getting  modern business education of high international quality.

Great attention is paid to creating wide international contacts of MIRBIS with foreign universities and companies all over the world. Now we collaborate with 85 international partners over bilateral and multilateral academic and research projects.

International academic cooperation is developing along various lines, top-priority ones being:

•  constant  development of international academic mobility
•  MIRBIS participation in international business education projects and programmes
•  creation of R&D and academic teams with partner universities
•  designing  and carrying out joint international educational programmes of all academic levels
•  holding international academic and R&D events

International links and new partner projects are being implemented through regional centers. They are: Asian &Pacific, Arabic, British, West-European, American & Canadian. Foreign languages teaching is vested with MIRBIS Language Center.

By functions international activity is channeled to Research and Innovations Department, Commercial Programmes and Projects Center, International Communications and Translation Group.

In 2011 MIRBIS International  Department has launched a new line – International Business Faculty - to run  dual degree programmes in MIRBIS – students study in MIRBIS and in parallel – in an international partner University in Great Britain, Germany, France, Portugal, Singapore and other countries with obtaining two degrees – a relevant RF State degree and a degree of a partner abroad.
