On March 30^th 2010 a Workshop on increasing in-company management efficiency through using modern IT was run by Dr. V.Mitskevich, Director of  “Project-IT” company,  as a part of the MIRBIS MBA programmme on IT-management

Dr. Mitskevich focused on the following issues: current  ways of  automation of middle-size and large enterprises under crisis, applying  innovations in enterprise’s diagnostics, the role of a manager in the process of collecting and processing primary information and identifying strategic goals of the automation process, efficient ways of meeting objectives based on up-to-date decisions on the 1C platform.
