Victor G. Shevchenko is a President of the Academy for Security Problems, Defense and Law Enforcement, Ph.D (Philosophy), Doctor of Law, Academician, Professor, First Vice-President of the Academy of Peoples of the World (New York, USA), Acting Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and International Pedagogical Academy. Victor G. Shevchenko is the author of more than 50 works, including 5 monographs. He supervised more than 30 PhD and Doctoral theses. He is a Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the author of 5 books.
