Chzhou Mingway

Chzhou Mingway was born in Vusy, Province Tszin’sy. He started working in October 1972, he studied in Fundan’ University, political faculty which he graduated in July 1984. He has Master degree and he is Assistant Professor.
After graduating from the University from May 1984 to July 1985 he worked as a deputy secretary of the Komsomol Committee of the Fundan’ University. From July 1985 during two years he studied in the faculty of political science of the Rockefeller University in New-York, USA. After returning from the US from 1987 to 1992 he worked as the Head of the Department for foreign relations of the Fundan’ University.
In 1992 Chzhou Mingway left for the US to work in the Kennedy Institute under the Government of the US in Harvard University where he dealt with exchange programs for scientists of different countries.
From March 1996 to July 2000 Chzhou Mingway worked as a Secretary of the Communist Party of Shank hay city administration, later he became a member of the city Party Committee and worked as the Head of the foreign relations office in Shan hay city administration.
In June 2000 Chzhou Mingway started working in the State Council of PRC as a Deputy Head of the office for Taiwan. In 2003 he was appointed a Deputy Head of the foreign languages department of PRC.
Now Mr Chzhou Mingway is a permanent member of the Society of Friendship and Scientific Society of foreign affairs of China and Deputy Chairman of the Association of Chinese emigrants.
