Hon Professor Professor Vidyapin is the President of The Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics in Moscow as well as The Chairman of The State Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation and Head of the School of Economic Research. He holds a Doctorate in Economics, many state awards and titles, and is the author of numerous publications within Russia and abroad. |
