Master of Arts (MA) program was accredited by the biggest association in the field of business education in the world and has state accreditation. Graduates get the international diploma approved by AMBA and the diploma of state standard, they are entitled to deferment of military service. Principal lecturer about the program:
Improvement of corporate management today is a priority field for Russian companies. The Government and President of Russia pay special attention to the development of effective corporate management in our country which provokes interest to this sphere on the part of business community. Effective corporate management provides capital raising, ensures stability of companies and transparency of business in general. However, labour market today is facing the deficit of highly-qualified specialists capable of building and sustaining the system of corporate management in companies which is disclosed by representatives of business circles and numerous publications and discussions in the press. MIRBIS set up the master program ‘Corporate Management’ in order to bridge this gap and offer Russian companies professionals in the field of corporate management who are trained at a very high level which meet all Russian and foreign standards. The program focuses on training specialists in the field of corporate management. Graduates having mastered the program ‘Corporate Management’ obtain knowledge and skills sufficient for the position of corporate secretary, investor’s representative in the board of directors, expert in relations with investors, specialist in corporate conflicts, specialist in managing subsidiaries and affiliated members in big and medium-sized business.
