The Head of the program MBA Management of Hi-Tech innovative projects is Doctor NataliaG.Kurakova, the General Director of the Publishing House ‘Public Health Manager’. She graduated from Moscow State University, worked in Wisconsin Madison University, the US. From 1996 to 2002 she worked in the multinational investment company ‘Pragmatic Vision International, LLC which provided her with vast experience in expertise, information and legal support of innovative projects, their adaptation to investors’ requirements.

Globalization of economy, formation of international strategic alliances, transformation of economic philosophy from national to global call for a new generation of entrepreneurs for Russia. These specialists are facing the problem of building home economy based on knowledge by setting up businesses that rely on management of information and knowledge.

The mission of the program is to train executives capable of creating a new infrastructure of economy which functions not as a system of distribution of state resources but as a business incubator of market projects that can provide a foundation for Hi-Tech companies manufacturing competitive market products. It will foster the economic growth of the country and raise the return of funds allocated for education and research.

The goal of the program is to train innovative project managers who in conditions of current international labour division will be able to use competitive advantages of Russia for integration of its economic and technical potential in the home and international business turnover.

The objectives being fulfilled within the frames of the program aim at gaining analytical competences and practical skills necessary to accomplish any scenario and any stage of innovative project management and namely:

to conduct business on the basis of project-oriented and innovative management
to identify and assess investment appealing technologies and new developments
to manager objects of intellectual ownership
to screen and manage forecasting technical and economic information

The following participants are expected in the program:

Heads of Russian Ministries and Departments responsible for the development and introduction of projects dealing with the innovative infrastructure in Russia;
Development and consulting companies having the experience and being interested in objects of innovative infrastructure;
Investors having the experience and being interested in objects of innovative infrastructure;
Commercial companies interested in innovations;
Leading specialists in the field of innovation processes from the US, the EU and Asia.

Training:
Within the frames of the program we offer an overseas training. The key goal of the training is to meet business people who identify trends in the national innovative business environment.

International certification for project management:
MIRBIS Institute cooperates with the group of companies TEKORA and prepares for international certification for project management.
