The Head of the program MBA - IT management Michael E.Ageev possesses a vast experience of effective introduction of corporate information systems (CIS) in various business structures. At present he leads a project in the company ‘Open Technologies’ one of the leading system integrators of the Russian Federation.
The rising interest of today’s business in information technologies requires training of new highly-qualified managers who can both use these technologies in business management and develop IT strategy for the enterprise and pursue this strategy in practice.
The mission of the program is to train managers responsible for planning and development of IT infrastructure of the company, who can use today’s information technologies as an effective tool of business management and on the basis of accumulated data processing provide the company management with the information necessary for decision-making.
The goal of the program is to train managers who with the help of information technologies will be able to elaborate independently and put into life strategies of developing IT infrastructure of the enterprise and to enhance business management in the company.
This goal can be attained through realization of the following objectives:
- to systematize and deliver to students the most up-to-date knowledge concerning the use of information technologies in business;
- to apply modern educational technologies, such as virtual classes, business games, etc.;
- to hold master-classes which will allow students to learn the latest trends in the development of modern information technologies and experience of their introduction;
- to form knowledge and skills that will give students an opportunity to use information technologies in their own business
Business workshop
Specialized master-classes with top managers and experts from companies developing information systems, such as IBM, Vympelcom, Microsoft, Alfa-Bank, etc. will be organized for students of the program.

T.A.Vasilyuk, the Head of the Department for managing cooperation, efficiency and IT strategy, the Block of architecture and development, of the company Vympelcom
and other top and middle managers.
Master-classes are held every two months.
