Programs of higher education based on higher education aim at retraining of specialists for economic specializations. The goal of the programs is to provide students with vocational knowledge and skills.

Forms of training:
Part-time: twice a week (one working day from 6:30 to 9:30 pm and one Saturday – daytime)
Programs start in September 2008. Documents shall be submitted by the end of September.
Tuition fee: 299,000 rub. (the whole period of training).

Distance: two alternative schemes are possible:
1st variant: directive examination periods of 10 weeks, Saturdays from 10 am to 4:20 pm, six terms

Tuition fee: 225,000 rub. (the whole period of training)
2nd variant: directive examination periods of two weeks twice a year daily from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm, six terms

Duration: 2.5 years plus preparation of the diploma project
After graduation: state diploma of specialist
How you can join programs of the second higher education
Compulsory requirements:
1. Diploma of higher education
2. Diploma of unfinished higher education
3. Academic certificate for three years of full-time education
The list of documents necessary for enrollment:
• Questionnaire
• Application
• Identification document
• Copy of the high education diploma plus accompanying documents (attested by notary)
• Photos – 4pcs, size- 3x4cm (black and white, mat)
